Small Business Enterprise

The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Certification Program certifies firms to participate in incentive programs available for small business owners located in Maricopa County who want to do business with the city of Phoenix. This program is the result of a 1999 Second Generation Disparity Study that identified existing barriers for all small businesses in their attempts to do business with Phoenix. The SBE program is administered in addition to the existing Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise Certification Program.
